About Us
Alphalogix was founded in July 2022 — but the story behind it goes back much further than that.
Our founder Peter Su spent over 18 years in the technology industry before starting Alphalogix. He began his career on the helpdesk — the place where you learn very quickly what businesses actually need from their technology, not what vendors want to sell them. From there he built his career across both private sector and government organisations, eventually working as a Senior IT Architect on some of Australia’s most complex technology environments.
But what Peter kept seeing — at every level, in every organisation — was the same problem. Australian businesses were being underserved. The skills they needed most, in cyber security, cloud architecture, unified communications, and emerging technologies like AI-powered surveillance, were either unavailable, unaffordable, or being delivered by providers who lacked the depth to do it properly.
So he built the company he always wished existed. And then he found the people who believed the same thing.
Today, Alphalogix is a team of specialists who came together around a shared belief — that complex technology problems deserve clear thinking, honest advice, and partners who are still standing next to you when it gets hard.
The name says it all. Alpha — because we hold ourselves to the highest standard in everything we do. Logix — because we believe every solution should make sense in the real world, not just on paper.
Since 2022, we’ve grown into a full-service national technology partner — serving businesses across every Australian state, holding partnerships with the world’s leading technology vendors, and building a reputation on the two things we set out to stand for from day one.
